Personal hygiene is not just a phrase, by which many people mean brushing your teeth or washing in the morning. In fact, this is a scientific field that studies the optimal conditions for normal human activity and factors that provide people with a long and healthy life.

Certain requirements that a person must perform in order to remain fully healthy are called personal hygiene rules.

Ears

Many people are in full confidence that after taking water procedures with soap and bast cleansing, they leave the bathroom clean and fragrant, like babies. But it is not so. A vivid sign of disorder is the unwashed ears, which not only aesthetically look, but can also cause harm to health. Keep the ears clean regularly and wash them in the morning and evening. If the ear has a feeling of stuffiness, then for washing you can use a special solution of boric acid and medical syringing. However, this can be done only if you are absolutely healthy and the cause of the stuffed ears has not become a disease. Also, experts do not recommend the use of cotton buds often, because in this way it is possible to provoke the formation of sulfur plugs, clogging sulfur back.

Nose

Everyone at least once in a lifetime suffered from a cold and felt a sense of discomfort from nasal congestion. To help come drops and sprays that help us breathe normally. However, their purpose is not to treat, but only temporarily to relieve nasal breathing during allergic reactions or colds. Sometimes it is very addictive, and it seems to the person that normal breathing without such drops becomes impossible. This can lead to addiction and uncontrolled use of such drugs. The fact is that these agents lead to severe vasoconstriction in the nasal cavity, and after the end of their action, the vessels begin to expand even more. The next time, if you are again tormented by a runny nose, try to use gentle methods of treatment, for example, douching with salt water. The salt solution is prepared from sea salt and ordinary water. It is suitable for both allergic and cold coryza.

In particular, ingrown nails can bring many problems and inconveniences. Often the cause of injury to the toe is an incorrect pedicure or too tight shoes. This problem is not as harmless as it seems at first, therefore it is better to immediately consult a surgeon who will remove the ingrown nail. The consequences of improper care or wearing uncomfortable shoes can be purulent-inflammatory diseases of the toes.

Teeth

Hygiene of the oral cavity is an obligatory component of general hygiene. Cleaning the teeth - it's not easy to move the brush in the left and right and up and down. To start with, you need to brush your teeth twice a day - after breakfast and in the evening, before going to bed. Cleaning should be done outside, inside and on the chewing surface of the teeth. Also important is the toothbrush. If you see that it is brought to extreme exhaustion and its villi protrude in different directions, then do not continue to maim its gums with it. Be sure to change the brush every 3-6 months and do not forget to use a dental floss to clean the gaps between the teeth.
