Of course, the main enemies of tooth enamel are red wine, coffee and cigarettes. But even if you do not smoke or drink colored drinks, your teeth still require careful care.

Reduce carbohydrate intake

Limit your consumption of sweets, because the sugar they contain is bacteria's favorite food.
