A group of American specialists said that romantic feelings affect women and men in different ways. It is generally believed that if a woman behaves stupid, then she is in love, but at Syracuse University it was proved otherwise - stupid behavior is typical of men, women on the contrary become more reasonable. According to experts, the reason for such a different behavior are hormones.

Such conclusions helped scientists to make an experiment, the results of which became known only recently. Scientists attracted for participation 30 people from 18 to 29 years (both men and women). All the volunteers experienced love and affection for their second half. The task of the participants in the experiment was to carry out special exercises, including mathematical exercises, and all tasks had to be completed in a certain time.

Women showed the best result - the correct answers to mathematical problems were in 89% of cases, among men only 15% were able to correctly answer the questions.

Scientists concluded that a woman in love with a man in the body is discharging a high dose of hormones - oxytocin, dopamine, vasopressin, adrenaline, which improve her mental abilities.

In men, the situation is completely different - the male body can not produce hormones in such quantities, so romantic feelings either do not at all affect the mental abilities of the stronger sex, or reduce them, making men more inhibited.

By the way, there are several cases in history that confirm that loving men are capable of silly acts. For example, a musician from Britain, Neil Andrew Megson changed his name and name after the wedding with his chosen one, in addition, the couple decided to become similar to each other, for which they performed a number of plastic surgeries. A lover musician also made himself a breast to resemble his beloved as much as possible. The couple spent $ 200,000 on operations, which shocked the public.

The end of the story is rather sad - multiple plastic surgery provoked a cancerous tumor in the beloved musician, which was the cause of her death, but after her death, Megson continues to persistently call himself "we."

Another story occurred with the Georgian artist Niko Pirosmani, who fell in love with the French actress who arrived with a tour to his city. By the way, the history of the artist and actress formed the basis of the famous song "A Million Crimson Roses" - Nico drew portraits of his beloved, kissed the land, on which his chosen one went, but the girl never returned his reciprocity. In despair, Pirosmani bought several wagons with a variety of colors - peonies, lilies, roses, lilacs - which strewn the whole street in front of the hotel in which the actress stopped. The girl gave the unfortunate lover only a kiss and disappeared from his life forever. Niko Pirosmani died in complete poverty, 9 years after their last meeting.

Unconventional actions are peculiar not only to creative personalities - the crowned King of Great Britain Edward VIII held his post only a year, then for love's sake he renounced the throne. His chosen one was already twice married American woman Wallis Simpson, who, incidentally, was completely unaware of the beauty. Because of the act of Edward, close relatives refused to maintain any relationship with him, but this did not stop him from marrying his lover. According to the former king, it is impossible to fulfill the duties of governing the country if there is not a loved one nearby.
