Physiotherapy with simple herpes, namely laser therapy, is simple, convenient and very effective.

The effect is carried out by means of devices generating red radiation (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) part of the optical spectrum in continuous radiation mode. The technique is distant (a gap of 0.5 cm), stable or labile.

Irradiation is carried out on the fields, capturing the entire surface of the skin and mucous membrane affected by the herpetic process. In large areas of damage, the lesions are sequentially influenced by fields from the periphery to the center with radiation of healthy tissues within 1 cm. It is possible to use a labile technique (beam scanning) with a beam speed of 1 cm / s.

Laser irradiation is used at any stage of the pathological process. The greatest effect is obtained by irradiating the corresponding area of the skin at an early stage of skin manifestations, with only itching or burning and in the absence of other elements of the herpetic process (papules or vesicles). At this stage, laser therapy can interrupt the further development of the disease and the appearance of sequential pathological cutaneous elements. Even with their presence at the beginning of treatment, the process of their formation and reverse development with laser irradiation proceeds less painfully and faster. In the presence of papules in some cases, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of vesicles (blisters with serous contents); with vesicular eruption, laser action contributes to their reverse development, rapid regeneration of the skin on the affected area.

APM NLI 1 - 10 mW / cm 2. Time of action on the field up to 5 min. The first 2 days are possible to carry out the exposure 2 times a day at intervals of 6-10 hours. The course of treatment is 3-7 procedures daily once a day in the morning.
