When treating local bruises and various (especially post-injection) infiltrates of soft tissues at home, physiotherapy uses such effective methods as laser (magnetolaser) therapy, magnetotherapy, as well as methods of information-wave action.
Physiotherapy in case of injury involves laser (magnetolaser) therapy, which is carried out with devices that generate red radiation (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) part of the optical spectrum, in continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation.
The irradiation is performed skin-by-field in the fields of the corresponding affected area with the capture of healthy tissues by a laser beam within 1 cm. The contact procedure is stable.
APM NLI 5 - 10 mW / cm 2. The induction of the magnetic nozzle is 20-40 mT. With the possibility of frequency modulation, the first three procedures are performed at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent ones at a frequency of 10 Hz. Time of action on the field up to 5 min. Immediately after the injury, irradiation is possible 2 times a day at intervals of 4-6 hours. The course of treatment is 1 3 - 7 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
It is advisable to carry out magnetotherapy with the help of the Polyus-2D apparatus. Technique of exposure is contact, stable. Affect the corresponding fields. Time of action on the field is up to 20 min. Immediately after the injury it is possible to carry out the exposure 2 times a day at intervals of 4 to 6 hours. The course of treatment is 5-7 procedures daily once a day in the morning.
Information-wave action is carried out with the help of the Azor-IK apparatus. Irradiation is indicated by the corresponding fields. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
