Olazole is a medicine used to treat ulcers and wounds.
Indications of the olazole
It is shown when infected wounds are eliminated (long-lasting non-prolonged burns), microbial eczema, skin plastic (free type), and also for ulcers of trophic type - in children from 2 years old, as well as in adults. In addition, it is used in proctology with gynecology - in acute or chronic (with relapse) gardnerelleza, proctitis (also in the chronic form of this pathology of various origins), erosion of the uterine neck and anal fissures.
Release form
Produced in the form of an aerosol in cans with a volume of 60 g. Inside a separate package contains 1 can.
Pharmacodynamics
The drug is combined, has antibacterial (actively acts against many gram-negative, as well as gram-positive microbes, rickettsia with brucella, spirochete with chlamydia, and in addition to bacteria that cause pus), anesthetic and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, it reduces exudation, helps to restore tissue and helps accelerate the epithelialization of wounds.
Dosing and administration
Before using, shake the can with aerosol 10-15 times, then remove the cap and put on a special spray nozzle. During the procedure, it is required to slowly press on this nozzle. Before and after the procedure, it is necessary to rinse the nozzle using boiled water.
In case of external application.
It is necessary to try to clear the wound surface as much as possible from accumulated pus and dead tissue, and then evenly cover this area with foam (a layer about 1-1.5 cm). Do this every day or every other day. To eliminate burns and wounds in adults, use an aerosol 1-4 times a day, and children 1-2 times per day (the number of procedures depends on the type of inflammation and the stage of recovery of the affected tissues).
Injection of medication.
During the treatment of gynecological pathologies (erosion of the uterine neck, gardnerellez), it is necessary to clean the vagina from mucus before the procedure (douche, using a disinfecting solution - chamomile or furacilin solution (1k5000) or solutions of soda (2%) and chlorhexidine (0.02% )). Then you need to insert the nozzle into the vagina (about 1.5-2 cm) and press it against the stop, then immediately stop the pressure. This procedure is recommended twice a day. The therapeutic course lasts 8-30 days.
When proctitis is eliminated, a cleansing enema is first performed (calendula or chamomile broth is used). Further, the nozzle is inserted into the anus (2-4 cm), pressing is carried out to the stop and then the head is stopped. Perform this procedure should be done once a day. The entire course usually lasts about 2-3 weeks.
Use of the olazole during pregnancy
The medicine can not be used by pregnant women, and also during lactation.
Contraindications
Among the contraindications: intolerance to levomycetin, as well as other components of the drug, and in addition to other amide drugs with a local anesthetic effect. Do not give children younger than 2 years old.
Side effects of the olazole
The use of aerosol can cause the development of such side effects:

- short (2-3 minutes) transient increase in discomfort in the anus after injection. Also, there may be a urge to empty the bowel.
